     * Responsible for developing Minimal Viable Product.

Software Engineer, Barracuda Networks (Nov 2013 to Nov 2022)
     * Served primarily as escalation engineer in a small team identifying, prioritizing, and resolving bugs for customers. Results of this work were a significant reduction in technical support call volume and increase in product stability.
     * Integral component to the technical support team to update customers and support on the status of tickets until the point of resolution.
     * Served on Agile Team as a self-managing team member in Scrum and Kanban constructs completing tasks prioritized by product management in two week intervals.
     * Resolved typecast return defect and windows-to-linux character map bugs in the SMB linux kernel module.
     * Updated and maintained backend open source software to resolve Common Vulnerabilities and Exploits (CVEs) to enhance product security.
     * Implemented widgets, calendar updates, corrected timezone defects, and updated jQuery Web User Interface to strengthen customer experience.
     * Implemented x86_64 SSE assembly routines for SHA1 and MD5 hashing algorithms for the backup agent.
     * Software Developer for backup/restore of computer and tape applications. Responsible for maintenance, adding features, and unit tests following DevOps practices for C/C++, PHP, and Javascript code repositories.

     * Developed embedded applications under TS/SCI clearances.

     * Aided in building core components such as a server skeleton and various daemons for backup product.
     * Optimized bzip2 along with SHA1 and MD5 hashing algorithms in x86-32 assembly language resulting in over 60% increase in efficiency under various circumstances.
     * Created a PHP extension in C to interface with various components of the backend linux backup product.
